Indica Vista

Today I am here by to discuss about our Indica vista. Vista we own is a 2010 vista terra powered by national engine of India the legendary multijet. This engine was named as Quadrajet. Our Vista have a fixed geometry turbo produces about 190nm of torque and 75ps of power. One own who owned MJD will know the power and reliability of that wonderful engine. Even today after furious 14 years still engine feels so spiritful. Don't forget even today 2025 Altroz diesel produces just 200nm
Positives:
Matured ride quality (neither to soft not to hard)
Great space: Even 6 footers can sit comfortably
Great engine: Fantastic low and mid end due to short gearing
Reliability: This would surprise you but due to the lack of features it is extremely reliable still now
Price: At that time, it was quiet competitively price
Fuel economy: During long drives between 80-110 km/hr. returns about 20 to 22 km/l
Negatives:
Steering: Doesn't have any feel or feed back and such a burden to drive in traffic
Heavy: Clutch is on a heavier side
After sales service: still tata motors service is hit or miss
Interior plastic quality: Not as good as Hyundai products
Exterior design: like or hate it kind of design
Resale value: still tata cars lack resale value due to its poor reliability
Still now for us it feels as good as new. Today it is so hard to get a car well put together like this with fantastic ride quality great engine and reliability. I end my blog by saying we lost a diamond in search of gold. Here are my cars photos:
